About Collier Disaster Alliance
Official FEMA Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP) Provider for Collier County
Collier Disaster Alliance, Inc. (CDA) is the contracted partner with Volunteer Florida to provide free Disaster Case Management services for Hurricane Milton and Hurricane Helene survivors in Collier County and surrounding areas in Southwest Florida.
Our mission is to help disaster survivors navigate the complex recovery process by providing dedicated case managers who assess needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and connect survivors with essential resources including FEMA assistance, insurance navigation, housing support, and community services.
Free Services
All Disaster Case Management services are completely free. No fees, no hidden costs, no obligation.

Each client is assigned a dedicated case manager who serves as their advocate throughout recovery.
